Students can get on Apple Music for half price starting today

Just one of the many perks of being a student

Apple Music offers options that other streaming services don’t. For one, Taylor Swift.

That’s just one of its benefits. If you’ve always wanted to try it out, students have a greater incentive than ever before because Apple is opening up a student membership. As long as you’re enrolled in an eligible university, you can pay just S$4.98 a month for the service. It’s also valid for four whole years.

That’s a lot cheaper than the usual S$9.98 a month, just one of the annoying things you will find about adulthood. Although the family membership that offers six members access to the service for just S$14.98 a month is still the best deal, this is the one that makes the most sense if you’re the only music fan in the fam.

Schools include the usual suspects like Nanyang Technological University, Singapore Management University, and National University of Singapore. But there are also institutions like Kaplan Singapore and Laselle College of Arts included in the list. Head over here to find out more.
