And we can confirm that the highly anticipated smartphone will be available through SingTel. The telco’s announced the pricing model for the smart device, and has also mentioned that it will be compatible with its 300Mbps 4G LTE-Advanced service for smartphones, which it launched in August this year (apparently it’s also Singapore’s fastest network, according to SingTel).
The Galaxy Note 4 4G+ from SingTel will be packaged with the Combo Mobile Plans that it recently launched – the cheapest you’ll be able to get the 32GB unit is for S$0 on Combo 12. This gives you unlimited outgoing calls and messages, in addition to 12GB of data for a monthly subscription of S$239.90 (for two years).
Combo 2 is the one we’d go for – for S$42.90, you’d get 200 minutes of free outgoing calls, 1000 SMS, and 2GB of data. The Galaxy Note 4 4G+ will cost you S$608 on this plan.
Of course, if you’re after the cheapest plan and don’t mind forking out more for the device itself, Combo 1 is for you – the Galaxy Note 4 4G+ will be available for S$708 on the S$27.90 plan.
You’ll also get to enjoy a permanent waiver of its 4G charges and unlimited data on the new SingTel Wi-Fi network until 31 July 2015 across all the Combos.
If you can’t wait for it, registrations of interest for the smartphone start tomorrow, 2 October, and alternatively, you can pick it up when island wide sales commence on 11 October.
