Xiaomi does it again – it’s releasing yet another wave of its tech (namely the Xiaomi Mi3, Redmi, and Mi Power Bank 10,400mAh) to the Singaporean public tomorrow (6 May).
But what’s different this time is that it might possibly be your last chance at grabbing one of these devices, considering that the Chinese electronics company is anticipating the launch of a new device (which it’s being all secretive and tight-lipped about).
Consistent with its previous promotional posts on its Facebook site, the Mi3 will be available for S$339 and the Mi Power Bank 10,400mAh gets a slight discount to S$13.99 (from the usual price of S$14.99). The Redmi (which is currently out of stock) for S$169, will be restocked by tomorrow.
And yes, if you haven’t figured out already, there is a limit to the number of units that will be available; only 7,500 Redmi smartphones and 5,000 Mi Power Bank 10,400mAh chargers to be exact.
The clicking frenzy starts on 6 May at 12pm, and you’ll need to get your fingers on your keyboards pronto because they’ve been selling like buns fresh out of the oven.
Who wants a free Redmi?
And for all of you that have been trying over the past few weeks, but haven’t had any luck yet, we hope this might be your lucky day.
If you’re out to get one of the Redmis as a token of love for your mother (Mothers’ day is coming up), Xiaomi will also be offering the Redmi with a special accessories bundle – a rose-coloured silicon case, clear screen protector, and an iF in-ear headphones.
In addition, one lucky winner’s mom will receive a free Redmi.
All you have to do is PM Xiaomi Singapore your name, NRIC, mobile number, and email address, as well as share this photo (above with the hashtag #BundleOfLove) along with a touching story of why your mom deserves a free Redmi by 11 May, 12pm.
Too easy, right?
