It’s been speculated about for months, and its specs and renders have flooded news sites. But recently, it was confirmed that the Oppo N3 will be coming to Singapore on 29 October. And thanks to the Chinese manufacturer, we’ve even gotten a glimpse at how the upcoming smartphone might look.
But now, a fresh set of rumours has surfaced about the smartphone. Word’s out on the street that the Oppo N3 will be made in three colours – pink, white, and blue, giving you an array of cotton candy like colour choices.
The company also recently confirmed that the N3 will come in aluminium-lithium alloy and stainless steel options – it released a teaser showing that there will be a traditional stainless steel chassis for those who want a heavier (but hopefully cheaper) N3 option alongside a lighter aluminium-lithium alloy version.
Choice in material and colour?
It was said that the aluminum alloy would apparently be used for the darker color option, while steel will be used for the lighter one. But now, we don’t know if the three colours will be available in the two variations.
Hardware aside, the 5.9in smartphone is said to showcase a 1080p display and run on the latest Snapdragon 805 chipset with 3GB of RAM. And just like its predecessor, its camera will be capable of 206-degree rotation and will feature a 13MP sensor with dual-LED flash.
We’ll be live at the Oppo N3 launch in the coming weeks, but we’ll be sure to bring you more leaks in the lead up to its unveil. Stay tuned for more.
