The LG V30+ is landing in Singapore

Here's your chance to pre-register and score free Beoplay earphones

After weeks of waiting to see if LG would introduce its V30+ to Singapore following its September launch in South Korea, the news is out: the world's lightest smartphone in the 6in-and-over category will available here from 2 December.

But you can feel one up and put your money down for it right now. The LG Living pop-up event at Ion Orchard's Basement 4 is showcasing the V30+, which looks to be a treat for photo- and audiophiles with its F1.6 aperture Crystal Clear Lens, OLED FullVision Display, new Cine Video Mode to produce movie-like videos and Hi-Fi Quad DAC for top-notch sound quality.

The phone ships in four colours: Black, Silver, Blue and a pastel-pretty Lavender. It's packed with some serious power too, including 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage expandable to 2TB, a 3300mAh battery and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, plus trendy bits like Face Recognition to unlock your phone, a new Always-On Display that gives you quick access to up to five apps, and Google Assistant. Not to mention it's also rated IP68 water and dust resistant.

Price-wise, the premium V30+ comes in at S$1098. You can pre-register your interest from now until 17 November at the LG Living event or online here - for your commitment, you'll receive a pair of Beoplay H3 earphones when you make your purchase at authorised retailers when the phone drops.

The LG Living event at Ion also showcases a number of other new LG innovations, such as the LG Twinwash, a washing machine that can handle two separate loads of laundry simultaneously, and the LG Styler that reduces indoor humidity, so you can check out some tech for the home while you're at it.
