LeEco's latest smartphone has some impressive specs. Meet the LeEco Le Pro 3 that happens to use the highest-end processor in the Snapdragon line, the 821.
Strong specs, big battery
Besides the Snapdragon 821 and an Adreno 530 GPU, the phone also comes in 4GB/6GB variants. It also comes with a solid camera with a Sony IMX298 sensor with 16MP f/2.0 in the back with sapphire lens, HDR and PDAF while the front camera is 8MP.
As for the design its 98 per cent metal chassis is super thin at 7.5mm. LeEco says that the phone went through 36 processes with CNC machining for a super-polished build. A nice option for those not keen on the current glass trend.
It supports Quick Charge 3.0 with a 4070mAh battery and as for the display it's a 5.5in Full HD IPS LCD and topped by a 2.5D glass finish.
Interestingly it doesn't have a headphone jack, instead only having a USB Type-C port. It's not surprising, considering that LeEco has been using the USB CDLA standard for audio for some time. There's also a fingerprint sensor, right at the back.
As for the variants and their pricing, they are as follows:
- 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM: RMB1799 (S$370)
- 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM: RMB1999 (S$410)
- 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM: RMB2499 (S$510)
