The Gameband, a watch that lets you play retro games on your wrist, has made (and exceeded) its Kickstarter goal. So if you want to grab yourself a sweet discount this might be your last chance as the funding period is almost over.
Worldwide shipping, of course
Specs-wise, this watch is rather impressive. It has a Snapdragon 400 processor, 400mAh battery and of all things, SD card support as well as a USB 3.0 charging port. It also supports Bluetooth 4.2 as well as Wi-Fi.
What its key selling point is, however, is being able to play games. Not just Atari Retro games, but the popular game Terraria. The Gameband comes in four editions: plain, Terraria, Atari, and Droid.
Apart from that, you can still use it as a typical smartwatch, with Android Marshmallow running on the watch itself.
While the cheap Early Bird pledges are sold out, you can still grab at least a US$20 discount off the US$199 RRP price if you snag one.
Do note, however, that all crowdfunding projects come with risks. But if you're willing to bet some money on this one, head over to the Kickstarter page.
