Jaguar has released the first official photo of the F-Type Coupé, the roofed version of the award-winning F-Type Convertible that launched last year.
The all-aluminium Coupé, which will be officially unveiled in Los Angeles on 19th November, is described by the carmaker as “the most dynamically capable, performance-focused production Jaguar ever”.

Given the overhead angle of the picture, it’s almost a teaser shot – we can’t see the lines and profile of the car. But they’re likely to closely align with those of the F-Type Convertible, a vehicle that bagged 2013’s World Car Design of the Year award. You can read our inside story on how it was designed here.
According to Top Gear, the Coupé will come in the same three engine options as the Convertible (335bhp V6, 375bhp V6S and the insanely beefy 488bhp V8S). We'll be taking a closer look at the car when it's officially launched on the 19th, so stay tuned – and start saving those pennies.
