Just like the iPad Air 2, SingTel is offering the iPad mini 3 with Wi-Fi + Cellular on its new 4G Mobile Broadband data plans that feature its premium Wi-Fi service. The iPad Mini 3 16GB model costs S$99 on the 4G Mobile BroadBand 5GB plan, which is a 24-month subscription of S$29.90 a month. You can also get the device itself on the 4G Mobile BroadBand 10GB plan for $0. The plan will cost you S$49.90 a month.
As for the 64GB and 128GB versions you can get them at S$249 and S$399 on the 4G Mobile BroadBand 5GB plan or S$49 and S$199 on the 4G Mobile BroadBand 10GB plan respectively.
In addition to the 4G data bundles, SingTel has included unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi usage until 31 July 2015, in addition to including 2GB of Wi-Fi data allowance with its 4G Mobile Broadband plans.
The iPad mini 3 will come with the monthly tablet top-up payment plan as well, where you can include a top-up payment of $15 per month in addition to the monthly subscription rate.
It’s the same as the iPad Air 2 when it comes to the iPad mini 3 – you can get it on the 6GB iPad MaxMobile Elite and 11GB iPad MaxMobile Elite plans that will cost you S$30 and S$45 per month.
The iPad mini 3 16GB costs S$459 and S$329 on the 6GB and 11GB data plans (or $0 with a 12-month installment of S$38.25 a month and S$27.42 a month respectively), while the 64GB model is priced at S$599 and S$449 on them (or $0 with a 12-month installment of S$49.92 a month and S$37.42 per month respectively).
The 128GB version costs S$739 and S$579 (or $0 with a 12-month installment of S$61.58 a month and S$48.25 per month respectively) on the 6GB and 11GB data plans.
M1’s price offerings aren’t too far from the above either. You can get the iPad mini 3 on the iPad Lite and iPad Max plans that cost S$30 and S$48 – they come with 5GB and 10GB of data respectively. As a bonus for iPad re-contracting customers, an additional 1GB of data is thrown into the mix for free.
The iPad mini 3 is priced at S$419 (16GB model), S$569 (64GB model), and S$709 (128GB model) on the iPad Lite data bundle, while with the iPad Max plan, they cost S$239 (16GB version), S$389 (64GB version), and S$519 (128GB version).
Getting it without a price plan
Don’t like what the telcos have on offer? Then just get the iPad mini 3 from the Apple Store or make a trip to Apple Premium Resellers such as EpiCentre and Nubox. Its price starts from S$548 for the 16GB Wi-Fi unit.
