Yeehaw Wand unleashes your inner sculptor, as you sketch in 3D using augmented reality

That's some technical wizardry there, that is

Do you ever wish you could wave a magic wand and have the creation in your head come to life? Then you should take a look at Yeehaw Wand (from US$99). It resembles a colourful children’s hairbrush, sans bristles. But waggle this gadget near your smartphone and its movements are tracked by the Yeehaw app, which builds a virtual object on the screen. You can ‘trace’ what’s in front of you, or make new objects from scratch, such as comedy glasses for a nearby victim. If you’re flush, there’s a Yeehaw 3D Printer, too. But you can also make your creations flesh (well, plastic) with an existing 3D printer, or by sending them to Yeehaw, who’ll ship the miniature masterpieces right back to you.
