Road trips, always a good starting point for epic movies. In this one from the creator of Mad Men, two friends make a trip back home after one of them unexpectedly learns that he has come into a large inheritance following the death of his father. The film also premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival. Stars Owen Wilson, Zach Galifianakis, and Amy Poehler.

The casual creative burger joint is the PTT Family group’s first venture into Singapore, and due to all the f(l)avourable reviews that it has gotten, we’re sure it won’t be the last. While you can’t go wrong with any of the burgers available, the hot favourite would be the Baby Huey (S$20) - 150g of prime beef patty, spiced mayo, and all the burger fixings you could possibly want. Make it a meal by adding a side of Naughty Fries (S$9), chunky potato slices piled high with beef, chilli, and shallots.

And learn something at the same time, what’s so bad about that?

Hear this now: Listen by The Kooks

The first album to feature the new drummer Alexis Nunez is also the British band’s most organic to date. Frontman Luke Pritchard has this to say: “To me this album is about pure expression. Even the way we made the album felt fresh”, which is a big deal considering that the band has been putting music since 2004. Have a listen of Down and Around Town to find out exactly what “natural” means.
