Parents, with a little bit of strategically folded cardboard and a couple of apps, virtual reality is the best way of keeping your kids thoroughly occupied and sitting still.
It's cheap as chips, too. You can even make your own Google Cardboard and there are a ton of free VR apps on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Just try not to download the scary ones... (unless you want to make your kids cry, of course).
