Many years ago, a bald eagle with aviator shades flew over the world, clutching an American flag in one majestic talon, and a scroll outlining the idea for an event called Cyber Monday in the other.

Prepare yourselves for another round of tech bargains, and keep checking back to see what tasty new deals we've added to the pile.

Amazon didn't just start Cyber Monday early when it launched deals over the weekend. It's going to entice you throughout the week, so you can expect your digital wallet to thin out within the next few days. On the bright side, if you've missed some great deal from Black Friday, chances are you'll find it during the week-long Cyber Monday deals.
Last week, the electronics retailer gave you its version of Black Friday, some of which had discounts of up to 50% off. For Cyber Monday, its online store is throwing up to 90% off certain gadgets. Which ones, you ask? How about a Lenovo tablet, from S$249 to a mere S$24.90? Expect more deals to pop up over the next 24 hours at their Cyber Monday site.
Qoo10's Black Friday didn't end over the weekend. While its deals for today are still labeled as part of Black Friday, there's a page that indicates a Cyber Monday sale. Our gut feel is that there should be something coming up real soon, so keep a lookout on that page.

Cyber Monday is a day in which retailers do their best to entice consumers to part with their cash by showering us all with tasty online bargains. It tends to be one of the busiest internet shopping days of the year, and there's normally a fair few cracking deals to snap up.
When is it?
Monday 1 December.
What are we hoping for?
This is likely to be a case of not knowing we need something until we see how cheap its new price is. What do you mean we don't need three pairs of headphones? They're all reduced by 58%. It would be wrong not to get them. Right?
On a more serious note, we could see older models of gadgets take an even higher price cut. Imagine the Nexus 7 prices, taking a nose dive. You don't want the bigger Nexus 9. No, a cheaper, smaller tablet will do just fine.
We'll be updating this page with the best Cyber Monday deals as and when they happen, so stay tuned, prepare your wallet, and let the bargains flow through you.
