Every wearable tech out there claims it has the best, most innovative and accurate when it comes to measuring your health. Calories intake, steps taken, sleep cycle, these are just some of the basic metrics used to keep your health in check. Question is, how accurate are they and are there more accurate or insane biometric measuring methods out there?
