ZTE previews the Android 4.0 Mimosa X

The Mimosa X is a cocktail of Ice Cream Sandwich and Nvidia goodness

Mobile World Congress phones are leaking on an hourly basis – now ZTE's thrown another hat in the ring with the Mimosa X. Like the two models ZTE announced yesterday, the Mimosa X will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.

Featuring a 5MP shooter and a 4.3 qHD touchscreen, the device sits between the PF200 and N910. However, unlike those models the Mimosa is all about Nvidia.

The Mimosa X sports Nvidia's Tegra 2 Processor and its Icera 450 HSPA+ Modem, which means speedy internet and processing without rinsing the battery.

ZTE is also targeting audio and video geeks, who can make full use of their wireless headphones with the Mimosa X's A2DP.

Given ZTE's record, the Mimosa X looks set to have a very appealing price. And with a planned summer release, we haven't got long to wait. We'll be covering ZTE's launches in more detail at MWC next week, so keep an eye on Stuff.tv for more.
