It’s old news that the Xbox 360 will join the high definition disc-spinning world later this year – see story here – but Microsoft has just teased us with a new web page on its upcoming HD-DVD drive accessory.

The main factet the site reveals is that the drive will connect to the 360 using USB. That’s hardly groundbreaking news and no great surprise, either, seeing as the multimedia console doesn’t have any other inputs. Microsoft also uses its page to bitch-slap HD-DVD's rival format Blu-Ray.
