We're still 12 days away (or 13, depending which rumour you believe) from the rumoured Apple Tablet announcement, but the whispers about what we can expect are not dying down. We're certainly an impatient bunch.
A trusted source has fed Boy Genius Report a few juicy details, describing the tablet as an "iPhone on steroids" – which seems to support the rumour that the tablet will styled like a blown-up iPhone.
The source also says it'll be powered by a super-fast ARM CPU and run on the iPhone kernal.
They say the latter spec is the a reason we haven't seen an updated iPhone OS build, as there are too many tablet-related codes and references in it that could out more details about the tablet before its launch.
