The newly minted machine comes with beefed up 2GB of RAM, the same 120GB HDD as before and an Intel Core 2 Duo, along with an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M. The inclusion of the latter means the low end lappie will now play nice with Snow Leopard, which will utilise the graphics chip in order to run apps faster.
The real letdown, though, is the price. At £720, the price has gone up by £15. By no means a deal breaker, but seeing as our US pals had their $999 price held, it's hardly fair.
