Looking to give your smart home security set-up a smart upgrade? There are plenty of bargains to be had during this year’s Amazon Big Spring Sale. Ring has slashed prices across the board, with multiple bundle offers to get you started – or expand an existing system.

The deals aren’t exclusive to Prime members, so anyone can shop them. But, Prime members get free and faster delivery. If you haven’t signed up in the last 12 months, you can claim a 30-day free trial of Prime in the UK here and in the US here.

US: Ring Video Doorbell bundles reduced by up to 65%

So far in the US, Amazon hasn’t offered up any of the Ring range in the Big Spring Sale. That doesn’t stop you from getting your hands on the latest smart home security gear, though.

UK Ring Video Doorbell deals up to 47% off

In the UK, Amazon has a whole host of discounts across Ring’s indoor, outdoor, doorbell and alarm ranges. Our top pick is the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen). It can be snapped up for £60 – that’s half off the usual £100 asking price.

You can also opt for the Ring Battery Video Doorbell Pro 2 and Chime bundle. At £160, it has a substantial 35% off – saving £90 over the £250 RRP if you bought them separately. For your cash, you’re getting a hardwired or plug-in video doorbell that can stream 1536p footage from your doorstep to any device with the app installed. You can also receive alerts when motion is detected and talk directly to doorstep callers. And because it’s powered by a rechargeable battery, it’s simple to install – although you’ll need a monthly Ring Protect subscription to make the most of its features.

If you don’t need quite as much welly, the lower specced Ring Battery Video Doorbell Plus and Chime are bundled together for £110. That’s a rather tasty £30 saving from the regular ticket of £140. It offers the same high-res camera, but drops some of the more premium features for a cheaper package.

Elsewhere, the Ring Intercom is currently bundled with an Echo Pop smart speaker, so you can hear whoever’s at the door from anywhere in the house. It would usually set you back £145, but can be snapped up right now for just £55 – a huge 62% saving. If you just want the Intercom, that’s down to £48 – which is 52% off the regular price. But if you ask us, you may as well get the Echo Pop for the extra £7.

Security conscious customers should also check out the Ring Alarm 5 Piece Kit (2nd Generation). It usually retails for £220, but during Amazon’s Big Spring Sale can be had for £160 – that’s a 27% discount.
