It's impossible to pick up the HTC Touch HD, which comes out exclusively on Orange next week , without remarking on its size. Frankly, it's huge. But in a good way. Like John Candy. The screen is a hefty 3.8in, meaning that it's absolutely great for watching flicks and YouTube clips on the move. And that really is its selling point. It does better the Touch Diamond with its camera, but essentially this is a weightier version of that rather slinky touchscreen phone for those with a media obsession.Compared to the iPhone, it's noticably larger. But for those who can't stand the sight of Apple's blower and have a thing for the quirky business leanings of Windows Mobile, then this is a phone well worth investigating. The only issue? The high price that Orange is charging for you to get one first. £79 and then £35 a month, including a measly 500GB is not good. Still, when it gets to other networks in 2009, expect it to drop in price significantly.
