A skinny Huawei phone, an infinite Xbox and iPlayer comedy pilots find their way into Office Cat's basket of news today

Slimline Huawei P6-U06 leaks
Details of Huawei’s upcoming smartphone, codenamed the P6-U06, have leaked to the interwebs – revealing a super-slim phone that’s just 6.18mm thick. It reportedly packs a 4.7in, 720p screen, quad-core 1.5GHz processor and 2GB RAM – along with an 8MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. It’s expected to arrive with Android 4.1.2 at launch, and is on the cards for a release in Asia.
The BBC has announced the names and premises of eight new comedy pilots launching on the iPlayer streaming video service. They include C Bomb, about “the godfather of the South Yorkshire dubstep scene” and Bamboo, in which “two posh idiots try and set up their own nightclub.” Office Cat waits with bated breath.
Xbox Infinity

The next Xbox might be called the Xbox Infinity – or Xbox ∞, if the alleged promo image above is to be believed. It appeared on Reddit last week – though Forbes reports that a different logo treatment is being used, along with the simple “Xbox” moniker. Perhaps Microsoft is testing out advertising materials? Or perhaps they’re both mockups by enthusiastic fans. We’ll have to wait until May 21st to find out.
