EA brings Origin to Apple

Office Cat remembers when games like Myst and Marathon kept Apple’s Macs up there as a serious gaming contender. Now that mantle could be reachable once more as EA gets ready to launch Origin on Macs. The platform is platform lets feline and human gamers alike download EA titles like Batman: Arkham City and Dragon Age II onto their Apple machines via one online account.

On February 22nd astronauts aboard the International Space Station will be taking part in a Google+ Hangout. You can interact with them in real time as well as send in pre-recorded submissions. Sony Xperia Jelly Bean updates

If you’re an Sony Xperia smartphone owner, prepare for some sweet news – Android 4.1 Jelly Bean is coming. Sony plans to start rolling out the update to the Xperia T and Xperia V, adding redesigned media apps, camera features and more. The rest of the family will follow, with users will automatically be notified when the update is available for their device. Having played around with the Sony Xperia Z, which arrives packing Android 4.1, Office Cat can’t recommend it enough.
