The lack of an affordable MacBook caused plenty of stink when Steve Jobs unveiled the new line of slick laptops last week. And now the man himself has distanced Cupertino from any rumours that they're planning a netbook.According to MacRumors, Jobs, talking at a Q&A about Apple's financial results, said they were not going after the low–cost market. He also reckons it's a category that's got some way to go.However he did hint that if the market does "evolve" (that means start making heaps of cash for the major players, something it isn't doing just yet) then Apple has "some pretty interesting ideas." That said, they've got no plans to come out all guns blazing with a dirt cheap Mac just yet.
