While bragging to the Wall Street Journal about flogging a massive 60 million apps in just over a month since launch, Steve Jobs confirmed that Apple does have a “kill switch” for the app store.This means some power–crazed type sitting in a darkened room in Cupertino can remotely disable any app on your blower or iPod Touch.Obviously, this is designed for any malicious extras that sneak through the system. And that doesn’t include the already–pulled $1,000 app.Jobs said, “ ... we would be irresponsible not to have a lever like that to pull."
