SpaceX rocket engine test is about to happen live
Quick, time is of the essence, if you want to see the test fire of the first private vessel heading to dock with the International Space Station
SpaceX, the Elon Musk founded first private space flight to dock with the International Space Station, will be firing a test of its Dragon rocket soon, before the mission takes off in just seven days time.
If you like big explosions and the potential this launch represents for the future of commercial space flight – take it all in at spacex.com at 8pm (GMT). And, if you hang around, all nine Merlin rockets will be fired at once around a half an hour later.
This will be the first commercial flight to dock with the International Space Station and could be the future of holidays for the super rich.
