We're still in the full throes of love with the svelte new W880i but now Sony Ericsson's got another Walkman release on the way to tempt us.Recite the stats list to us and we'd swear it was the same handset, but the colourful new music mob won't pass our newly installed Post Office style thickness test. Try and push it through the 9.4mm slot marked W880i and this handset's 14.5mm body will remain steadfastly on the same side.At least it does get a sensible keypad and those two new colours: vinyl-inspired 'Record Black' or scarlet harlot 'Rose Red'.Other than that, you still get 3G, an FM radio, a 2MP camera (sans autofocus) and the consummate Walkman 2.0 music player software. A Memory Stick Micro slot takes care of packing extra tunes, with a 512MB one bundled along for the ride. The phone maker's Shazam-style 'TrackID' service is also embedded, for impromptu music tagging, and it'll pipe wirelessly to Bluetooth cans. We've no firm release details as yet but expect it some time before June.
