Snowboarding in your living room

Forget the wacky controllers on the Nintendo Revolution - this pressure-sensitive snowboard has just jumped to the top of our gaming gadget wishlist.

Unlike the snowboard games down in the arcades - yep, the ones with the nursing home-style handrails either side - this cool cucumber works via eight pressure sensors in the plastic board. The success of your your on-screen boarder depends on where you shift your weight.

It works by plugging directly into your TV and runs the four game modes - time attack, show-off, etc - of EA's preloaded boarding game.

The Electronic Snowboard Game isn't the first board game (ahem) accessory we've ever seen, but it is by far the cheapest. You can get yours for £40 from Boysstuff.
