The Jetsons might have tempted us with futuristic treats, but tin-foil suits, hover cars and pill breakfasts are just passé. But what about mind-controlled gadgets? Not silly at all, thanks to Sega.

The gaming master has partnered up with Neurosky – a top brain interface specialist – to conjure up toys you control with your head. Neurosky’s prototype controller is a headphone-style brace that relays signals to whatever it is you plan to move about.

And according to a YouTube video on Neurosky’s site, that includes a video game where you move furniture – a la Sylar in Heroes – plus a small, remote-controlled robot.

Top of our wish list of brain-controlled gadgets would be our mouse, closely followed by our mobile and TV set. Heck, anything that saved us those valuable finger calories really...
