No prizes for guessing which mobile the new F480 (pictured) is gunning for. It's one of three 5MP snappers being shown off by Samsung at the World Mobile Congress in Barcelona.
The specs include a 2.8in touchscreen, autofocus and electronic image stabilisation, plus an RDS-enabled FM radio and speedy 7.2Mbps HSDPA.
We might have already seen its larger brother, the F490, but today we learnt it'll come to Vodafone first when it lands in the UK. It has the same 5MP abilities as the F480, but packs in a 3.2in screen with a true 16:9 widescreen aspect ratio for movie-watching bliss.
Not to be outdone, Samsung's previous camphone flagship, the G800, has been updated. It now hails as the G810, with added Symbian. It mixes 5MP with a stonking 3x optical zoom, and now gets GPS for a spot of sat-nav or for geo-tagging snaps with the details of the exact spot they were taken – particularly useful for piecing together blurred shots of the night before.
