Samsung Hercules flexes its muscles

Is Samsung's Hercules going to be as powerful as its demigod namesake?

Samsung has already confirmed its existence, it's been spotted in the wild and now it would appear this almighty handset looks set to arrive in the maple syrup-covered hills of Canada on 26th October. Well, according to a T-Mobile leak spotted by Tmo News, it is. Now the Android 2.3 powerhouse has been spotted flexing its muscles in Canada once again in a couple of shots captured by Mobile Syrup.

The Galaxy S2 variant is rumoured to live up to its name with some pretty impressive specs: a mahoosive 4.5in Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 42Mbps HSDPA+, 1080p HD video capture, 2MP front-facing cam and NFC super powers. So its title certainly seems fitting.

While there's still no word on an official release date of this mobile behemoth, there's enough evidence to suggest it will be making its much anticipated debut in Canada soon. We'll be keeping our fingers crossed this side of the pond for a UK outing.
