Samsung has just officially announced its Galaxy Note 2 will be unveiled at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event on August 29th.

The Galaxy Note 2, according to rumours so far, should come packing a 5.5in Super AMOLED display, a quad-core processor, 12MP camera and Android Jelly Bean. There’s also a rumoured Unbreakable Pane Display – that does what is sounds like – which will be welcomed on a screen that large.

All will be revealed live from the event on August 29th at 6pm (BST). We'll be there.
