Obviously, this doesn’t mean you’ll need to shell out on new band kit, just for a new game so you can play more tunes and get your band up to the level of stadium rock gods, REO Speedwagon.
That said, Harmonix is going to upgrade the kit, so you can always pay obscene amounts if the mood takes you. Elsewhere, you’ll get a new “party–friendly” set up and better online functionality.
