The robots are coming and there's nothing you can do to stop them. Hitting PC World this autumn will be a dedicated Roboshop at each of its stores.Selling alongside computers, laptops, printer paper and USB cables at the store within a store will be the Star Wars geek’s favourite R2-D2 DVD player and projector (pictured) and Meccano's Mind Storm destroyer, Spyke (hopefully being kept a safe distance from any Lego bricks). Also being contemplated for 'Roboshop' is a model that can fly (we kid you not) and a 'companion' robot for kids to finally replace our dog-eared Teddy Ruxpin.Around £180 will start you off with some of the intermediate models, going up to two grand for the R2-D2 movie spinner.PC World is also promising that each 'bot will obey Isaac Asimov's three laws of robotics, which includes: A robot may not injure a human being. Our plans for a private robot army thwarted again!Essentials PC World Roboshop Contact: PC World Related stories: Gadget of the Day – Akazawa PLEN Robot Spyke unleashed at the British Toy Fair Robots rule at CES
