The latest firmware update, released today, will add upscaling capabilities for DVD and old PlayStation and PS2 games, all the way up to the PS3’s favourite 1080p.The free download will also add support for PSP Remote Play across the web, meaning access to your PS3 through its portable chum from anywhere in the world with a net connection. Streaming tunes in Starbucks here we come. In typical Sony style, the PSP firmware update needed to do all this over-the-air jiggery-pokery won’t be available ‘til the end of the month.So what’ll be next on the cards for the big black box in version 2.0?
