Sony's long-awaited next-gen gamer may have shifted a record-breaking 165,000 units in its first weekend but two weeks on, sales are looking a bit sluggish.Console and game watchers Chart Watch are reporting a massive drop in sales to less than a fifth of what they were last week.Seems most of us who'd been patiently waiting for four months since the US and Japanese launches had plenty of time to save up and buy in the first week, leaving just a trickle of demand seven days later. Or maybe it’s simply because Sony ensured that there was no shortage on our shores – it did ship 220,000 units to avoid a Wii-like drought. Or maybe it’s the launch-game line-up that has left many waiting for inspiration and a price-drop package before buying.Whatever – a quick snoop around our local shops shows plenty of boxes still sitting on the shelves. Come on, PlayStation fans, do your duty.
