Orange has added a new tariff to its pay monthly offering, giving customers the option to sign up for a credit crunching £5 per month.
In a move that really could sway pay as you goers over to contract, the tariff is the lowest currently available on the market, and will offer users 50 inclusive minutes, 50 texts and a Nokia 2630 handset.
There will also be £10 and £15 tariffs introduced – the former offering 100 minutes, 300 texts and a Nokia 3600, and the latter giving you 200 minutes, unlimited texts and a Nokia 6500.
So what's the catch? You are going to have to sign up for a whopping 36 months in total, but the upside is you will get the option to upgrade your handset half way through for nada.
Of course, if you're more than happy with your current phone thank you very much, it's probably worth knowing that Orange has also upped its SIM Only deals.
Now offered on a fixed 18 month term and starting from £10 a month, you'll get 50% more inclusive allowances than the current rolling deals.
Both new tariffs are available today, so pop online or into a local store for full details.
