Last year, O2 hosted London’s first ever music festival. And, according to various members of Stuff’s drinking team, a good time was had by all.

Based on the success it experienced first time around, the O2 Wireless Festival is go for 2006 – and the line-up is spectacular.

But the big tech news – which, obviously, we’re dead excited about – is O2’s customer base getting all kinds of value-added content from the live events.

This will include exclusive live video, backstage footage, wallpapers, ringtones and festival info updates on their mobiles.

Better still, O2 customers who fork out for tickets can enjoy the O2 Blue Space: a chill-out area with free drinks, live music from up-an-coming bands, and a spa.

A spa at a festival? Now that’s something.
