I spent lunchtime watching Jane McDonald and co. indulge in slightly suacy banter with Emma Bunton on Loose Women. Why, you may ask (and rightly so). In the name of researching new TV streaming service, tvcatchup.com, that's why.

The name is slightly misleading, as instead of a catchup service it offers live streaming of TV programmes from 30 major channels, including the big five, all flavours of ITV and BBC, Dave, Film 4 and BBC News.It was initially launched as a sort of online PVR, but ran into licensing issues, hence the relaunch and change of focus to live streaming.OK, so most of these services are avilable from the channels themselves, and you don't have to watch them live, but tvcatchup.com is a neat service if you want to have a cheeky window with This Morning open while you're surveying your spreadsheets.Just don't let the boss catch you...
