With Nokia already giving the slinky N79 a makeover with their Active, Sports Tracker–crammed, version, we didn't expect to see them turn up with another take on the slimline N–series so soon.
However, the Finnish chaps have just rolled up with the new N79 Eco, billed as a great way to feel less guilty about a phone addiction that's starting to get more out of hand than Manchester City's transfer policy.
See, the newly minted phone comes without a charger, meaning packaging is greener and kept to an absolute minimum. Those looking for recycled parts, a la the Motorola Renew, will be disappointed. The phone itself is no different to the average N79.
Price–wise though, it is a steal, coming in at the same RRP as the regular mode, but only a measly four quid goes to the Worldwide Fund for Nature. Come on Nok, couldn't you hand over a bit more.
