LG’s put its Optimus One Android smartie on the shelf and you can go and pick one up today for as little as nothing with a £20 a month contract. It’s packing 2.2 (aka Froyo), the latest version of Google’s OS, despite being a bit of a wimp in the power department. You wouldn’t expect its 600MHz processor to make the leap to future versions of Android.
But if you’re after a smartphone on a budget, you could do much worse than rocking up at your local T-Mobile, 3, Carphone Warehouse or Orange shop and getting a bit of thumbs-on with LG’s latest. Or check our some of our other stories below.
