What would the UK's very own Star in the Hood have to say about gadgets and technology? We caught up with the man himself at the finals for the Need for Speed SHIFT UK Championships.
I love my BlackBerry, I couldn’t be without it.
I have an iPhone as well, but it’s the BlackBerry instant messaging that makes me use that more.
Touchscreens are probably the worst thing about technology.
When they don’t do what you want them to do it’s so annoying. Perhaps that’s another reason I prefer my BlackBerry over my iPhone.
I did a degree in moving image and animation.
Unfortunately I didn’t complete my final year, but I get to use the skills I learnt when it comes to filming my music videos. It’s a big hobby of mine.
The name “Stryder” comes from the Mega Drive game, Strider.
I didn’t really like the game, but when I was deciding on a name for my music, I thought it sounded good after my nickname, Tinchy.
My favourite console ever was the SNES.
I loved Mario Kart. I enjoy racing games, it’s crazy what they can do now – they’re so realistic, you really feel like you’re behind the wheel.
I am addicted to Twitter.
I didn’t realise how much I was on it, but when it’s just on your phone it’s so easy to check what’s going on. It’s a great way to interact with my fans and other artists.
If I could invent any gadget, it would be a time machine.
I like to live day by day but being able to see in to the future to see what it has in store for me would certainly be a good thing.
Need for Speed SHIFT is out now on PS3, Xbox 360, PC, and PSP
