Microsoft's taking on Google Print with a computerised book worm of its own.Linked to the British Library, the University of California and the University of Toronto, it'll open up large volumes of each for easy online searching.Unlike Google it's taking a more softly, softly approach, working with institutions to put non-copyrighted works online. Further down the line it'll start to add other works with the permission of publishers. All will be available to download in screen and print out friendly PDF format from Thursday.
