The rumours were true – or some of them at least – Steve Jobs has revealed the latest addition to the iPod line-up: the Touch.Essentially an phoneless iPhone, leaving it a measly 8mm thick, the Touch sports a gorge 3.5in screen, multi-touch, an accelerometer and Cover Flow. Safari and YouTube are also featured, because (heads up, Zune) Apple's given it Wi-Fi – which'll be able to hook up to the all-new iTunes Wi-Fi Store.Like iPhone it'll be flash-based, but capacities will be boosted to 8GB (£200) and 16GB (£270). Here's the lowdown on the other iPod news:

• New colours for the Shuffle (yawn), plus a charity red number.
