Now, at present there are no definite sources and no proof or substantiation for this rumour, but given that the rabid online interest in the iPhone has rendered it the stuff of legend before it has even been confirmed as existing, an announcement from Apple could assure the kind of pre-Christmas rush that would put the Wii to shame.Or perhaps it’s an attempt to counter the dip in Apple share prices reported after Wednesday’s Forrester report told of a drop in iTunes sales. Whether truth or conjecture, one thing you can be sure of is that the Google hits for iPhone aren’t on their way down any time soon…
