Nice aerial. Does it get a good picture? It may look like a B&O-designed antenna, but that slither is Samsung’s uber-thin LED9000 telly seen in profile. And no, it’s not far away – at under 8mm, you could hardly accuse it of being a box.Okay, it’s nice. Bet the control’s a munter, thoughWrong again. The LED9000 has an iPhone-like touchscreen Wi-Fi remote. You can use it to preview what’s on the other side without missing precious seconds of Dickenson’s Real Deal.

Inventive, but what about the telly? That's also packing some good tech: it’s fully 3D capable, has a tuner built into the stand and comes in 46 and 55-inch flavours. Not bad considering it's all been sandwiched into a 7.9mm frame. For a price, no doubtOf course. So much that you can only buy it at Harrods (until Wednesday, but from July 1 it’ll be on sale at 'selected' stores). A Samsung LED9000 will set you back a whopping £5,000 for the 46in model and an even more whopping seven large for its 55in sibling. Ouch.
