It just makes sense. Why hasn't anybody done it before? After all, there's little more to the average Freeview set-top box than a couple of chips and an aerial input. All Bush has done is streamline the design, stick a scart adaptor on the end of it (which plugs directly into one of your TV's available slots) and a wired IR dongle connector on the side, and voila! Freeview digital TV, without the clumsy plastic box under your telly. The specs may be sparse, but if you want Freeview TV without any of the clutter, the Idaptor makes a lot of sense. It'll cost £60 through Argos when it becomes available, which should be very soon.
