We caught a glimpse of Google’s Android OS doing its thang during MWC. And now it seems HTC is readying its own Google phone, the aptly–named Dream.
Clocking in at 3-inches wide and 5-inches high, we’re not talking the slinkiest of cellular toys. But then it is said to come with a QWERTY board that’ll swivel out and let you fire off missives, Big G style.
Essentially, we’re looking at a business phone, aimed right at those who love taking the office with them on the 6.18 from Liverpool Street.
HTC has been working on an Android–based phone since November last year, with Samsung and Motorola also admitting that they’re hoping to bring the OS to their kit soon too.
The Dream is pencilled in for release in the second half of the year. Take a closer peek in our blog on ARM’s very own Android phone, shown off at MWC in February.
