The hi-fi for your telly

Goodmans gear tends to split us evenly down the middle between the 'everyone loves a bargain' and 'I wouldn't be seen dead with that' camps. One thing's for sure is that it does manage to cram in an unfathomably large amount of tech for an unfeasibly small price. This micro system is no exception. There are the two 30 watt RMS speakers pumping out Dolby digital two-channel surround. Then there's the SD card slot for MP3s, the CD player, radio and, oh yes, a DVD player.Yes, taking multi-function to new heights this hi-fi will happily connect to your TV and play movies or display photos stored on disc or card. Should your frugal nature extend to taping the chart show, you can also use the SD card slot to record radio. All this and it costs a penny shy of a measly ton. It's not going to take on Bose for audio quality, but hats off for value.
