Google Nexus 7 could hit shelves tomorrow

The world's first Jelly Bean tablet could be off the shelf and in your hands as early as tomorrow

A leaked document from US store Office Depot suggests that the Google Nexus 7 will be in 341 of its stores from tomorrow – Thursday July 12th – echoing its previously rumoured mid-July release date.

The Big G has also changed the shipping estimate for the 7in Nexus 7 tablet from 3-4 weeks in the Play Store to 1-2 weeks, suggesting that a release is imminent.

Meanwhile, UK retailer Currys has the 16GB Nexus 7 available for pre-order with a release date of July 19, suggesting that gadgeteers on this side of the pond will have to wait a bit to get their hands on Google's slate.
