Google Chrome coming to Android

One browser to rule them all is Google’s plan as it unifies Chrome on another platform

Google Chrome came out into the battle of the browsers hitting big, but there was one ring it had never stepped into, Google’s very own Android OS – until now. According to a developer at Google, the tech giant plans to unite the Chrome browser and Android OS soon.

The exciting part is that it will use a Skia 2D graphics interface, which points to the potential for graphics intense processes such as gaming on a phone. With Chrome already on track to unseat Firefox as the second most popular browser, Internet Explorer will soon have a new sparring partner at the top.
